Lowe’s Real Estate and Property Management, LLC., represents real estate Buyers and Sellers throughout the States of Vermont and New Hampshire. We have handled many diverse real estate transactions to include the acquisition or sale of primary and secondary homes, undeveloped land, condominium units and rentals. Our main focus in Vermont is within the Windham, Bennington, Rutland, Addison, Orange and Windsor County areas. In New Hampshire our focus is within the counties of Grafton, Cheshire, Sullivan, Merrimack and Hillsborough. We have been known to travel outside these parts and hope to expand our business in the future to cover more territory throughout both states.
Julie Lowe, Owner/Principal Broker and Chris Lowe Owner/Property Manager, are a husband and wife team working together to combine their successful Vermont business practices. Julie has been in the real estate business since 2005. She is a full time active Broker who is a very motivated individual and does not shy away from hard work. In the past, Julie has specialized in fine Equestrian and Country Properties; she now focuses her efforts on residential and resort properties. Julie enjoys exploring new and unique parts of each state and the new friendships that come along with every individual real estate transaction. Julie has also served her country in the United States Air Force (Active Duty), although it seems like it was a life time ago, the truth of the matter is that she is proud to be an American and even more proud to say that she has served her country!
Chris Lowe, a hard working seventh generation Vermonter, born and raised here in Southern Vermont, takes on the roll of Property Manager and Caretaker for many second homes here in the Windham and Bennington County areas. Being located near the Mount Snow and Stratton Mountain Ski Resorts has made his business thrive. Chris has been self employed for the past sixteen years. He has grown his business over those years from maintaining residential properties to obtaining local town and government contracts. Chris currently holds contracts with the Green Mountain National Forest and Army Corp of Engineers mowing the Ball Mountain Dam, Winhall Brook Campground, Manchester Ranger Station, Mount Tabor Work Center, and many residential properties that are also full service property management accounts. Chris offers many services to our clients including but not limited to; Lawn Mowing, Snow Plowing, Roof and Deck Shoveling, Field Mowing, House Checks, Trash Removal, Firewood and General Maintenance. If you want anything done to your property, he is the go-to guy.
