Amy Carson is a native Vermonter with a family farm in Windham, VT. After being born in Townshend in 1980, her immediate family relocated to New Jersey in 1984, where she graduated from High School in 1998 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rutgers University in 2002. After working in Philadelphia for a few years, she met Scott and they moved back to Southern Vermont in 2004, married, and started putting down their own roots, raising 3 children over the last 20 [...]

Amy Carson is a native Vermonter with a family farm in Windham, VT. After being born in Townshend in 1980, her immediate family relocated to New Jersey in 1984, where she graduated from High School in 1998 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rutgers University in 2002. After working in Philadelphia for a few years, she met Scott and they moved back to Southern Vermont in 2004, married, and started putting down their own roots, raising 3 children over the last 20 years.

Always working as a nurse full time in ICU or Labor and Delivery with additional part-time jobs at ski mountains, schools, or summer camps, helping people with life changes was a large part of her career, but she was looking to change it up. Selling their first and buying their second home with Julie Lowe was such a great experience that Amy’s husband Scott, encouraged her to get her Vermont real estate license in 2021 and New Hampshire license in 2022 to work with Julie, helping people in a different way through an important transition in life.

Her local roots, experience as a nurse, as well as a homeowner and an income property owner, make her empathetic to clients as they navigate the current real estate climate. Amy is active and involved in her surrounding communities with her 3 teenagers and extended family living and working in Southern Vermont.

Many of her clients have come through helping her family, friends, and coworkers work through the process of selling and buying homes as well as word of mouth referrals from previous satisfied clients.

Amy loves to keep busy and current by growing her knowledge base and learning. She hasn’t given up nursing, in fact she just she completed her master’s in nursing education in 2024 and is now a Nursing Professor on the days she is not helping clients with their real estate transactions. She is in tune and attentive to client needs, ready and willing to do everything she can to help her clients reach their goals.
